I am a licensed psychologist and certified security coordinator with 20 years of experience in crime prevention. I have previously worked with security issues within the police and municipalities, and I am currently the Head of Operations at the think tank Stiftelsen Tryggare Sverige in the South of Sweden region.
I hope they gain a better understanding that there is a direct link between good property management and crime prevention and safety-creating work. That even seemingly simple measures can make a big difference for those who live, work, and spend time in our residential areas.
We see FastighetsMässan as a natural meeting place for everyone working with property-related issues. Among all the technical solutions, locks, alarms, and perimeter security, I will challenge the audience by focusing on the softer aspects. How can we use basic property management to create and maintain safe and secure residential areas?
