After an inspiring and successful FastighetsMässan Stockholm 2025, we would like to highlight our exhibitors and share their thoughts on the fair and their experiences. One of the exhibitors we had the pleasure of welcoming was Mowida, which provides real estate companies with innovative and efficient digital solutions. We asked them a few questions to hear their reflections from the event.
What did you showcase at FastighetsMässan 2025?
At the fair in Kista 2025, we had the opportunity to present our comprehensive property management system, offering real estate companies an efficient and digital solution for their operations. We spoke with potential customers about how they can easily begin working more digitally and the concrete benefits digitalisation can bring. We also discussed the support we can provide during their digital transformation journey, and how our system can simplify and streamline their daily work in a sustainable way.
How would you summarise your experience at the fair?
Our experience at the fair was very positive. It gave us the opportunity to meet many engaged partners, property owners, housing cooperatives (BRFs), and property managers. Every time we meet these passionate stakeholders, it gives us new energy and inspiration to continue simplifying their everyday work and developing new solutions for their needs.
How do you view the future of the real estate industry, and how are you adapting your business to meet new challenges and opportunities?
We, like many others, see that real estate companies—regardless of size—will need to undergo extensive digitalisation to meet future demands and improve efficiency. We understand that this is a major challenge for many actors in the industry, especially since digital transformation can feel overwhelming without the right support and guidance. That is why we are adapting our business by offering a complete solution that not only focuses on digitalisation itself, but also provides the support and expertise property companies need throughout the entire process. In this way, we ensure that our customers not only receive an efficient system, but also continuous help to optimise their operations and fully benefit from the opportunities digitalisation offers.
What are you looking forward to ahead of the next fair?
Ahead of the next fair, we look forward to presenting the new features added to our system. We also look forward to once again gaining energy and inspiration from all the interesting visitors who stop by our booth and engage with our solutions. It is always rewarding to share our latest innovations and receive feedback from industry stakeholders.
