Why do you think it is important to be part of FastighetsMässan Stockholm 2025?
Laddaccess wants to showcase our unique risk-free EV charging solution for property owners and housing associations, where they no longer need to invest in charging infrastructure, but still receive the kWh revenue without commission or markup. Laddaccess finances and invests in cables and charging equipment, which we then lease directly to parking users/residents without burdening the property’s finances. We continue to expand as demand grows. We offer the same solution for public charging.
What are you most looking forward to as an exhibitor at the fair?
The opportunity to meet property owners, managers, and board members and present Laddaccess.
When you think about the future of the real estate industry, what comes to mind?
We are entering a period of increased construction activity in the housing sector with a growing need for EV charging and a general rise in interest in home charging.
What trends are you seeing in the industry right now?
A strong and growing interest among property owners in EV charging. According to Mobility Sweden, there will be 3 million electric vehicles in Sweden by 2030.
Which products or services will you be showcasing at the fair?
Laddaccess offers an investment-free rental-based solution with a transaction-free cooperation agreement, providing full warranty, maintenance plan, and insurance of the charging infrastructure throughout the entire partnership.
